Your tcase has a flange on it. Should be fine. Check your ubolts and all the bolts back there.

 

Yeah all looks good, the clunk in reverse bothers me I'll have to video and see where it's coming from or get someone to listen. I've noticed even on my old Chevy on 38s it made the noise so I just have always been curious if it's a common thing or what

Let me know when. I have a shackle flip that needs welding and could use a cab mount chop if I don't do it before then.

I'd try and get there too depending on whether I have a newborn or not

 

Check your fender braces time to figure out how to keep it from cracking more, will eventually cut that off for hc rear

 

Second gen probs. I have an issue with that same area on my truck but its not because of the brace

My guess is the wind caught the fender and maybe brace was hit with the grinder but looks like a stress crack
