    That is correct, bought the standard length shocks while I was out of country after being told they would fit and guess what.... They don't, have about 3/4" of down travel from resting height.

    Then no upgrade for me. I have the icon smooth body 2" rears, but longer to work with Dakars. I'll dig for the PN is you want.

    Once these sell I'm ordering a set of the 2.5's from DSM that are custom built for the Dakar's. Thanks for the offer though!

    Sadly it looks like selling these will be easier said than done.

    Reached out to the vendor and haven't gotten a response yet. Considering they were ordered in December they may not be willing to take them back.

    Staun deflators are awesome. I love mine. Screw all 4 on, walk around the truck for a minute and then unscrew when they are done

    Yeah I've had a couple things like this, no offense, but when I was being cheap lol. Then I said F it and got the Stauns. You can set what pressure they deflate to, and then its just screw on and wait for air to stop coming out. No more having to pull it off, check pressure, put it back on, pull it off, oh youre close, use a screwdriver to bleed the rest.

    You can check the pressure with these on but being able to set it right of the back is definitely way more convenient!

    I just use a Currie deflator. Its simple and works well. I also had a guy at Discount Tire give me a stem torque screwdriver also. This is more for piece of mind knowing you got the stem back in tight.

    Ive used the staun deflators and they are cool. You will have to set them up on a spare tire to get the psi you want 1st. This is the part that deterred me (and the 85$)

    My Currie was 30$ and has been perfect for many years.

    Yeah but buy once cry once. Spent way to much time bending over trying to get the right pressure
    From the time I screw the first one on to when I'm taking them off, maybe 5 minutes TOPS. Each tire takes maybe 2-3 minutes to deflate. Mine came preset at 18 psi. They're super easy to set. You can do it on any trail pretty quickly. Hell I did on a camping trip a few months back. I let someone else use them and somehow they had unscrewed the set ring and caused one of them to lose the 18 psi setting. I just lined them all up, set the loose one at the same height as the others, tightened them all down just to be sure, threw it on the tire for a quick test and it didn't even open up. Good to go! Theres no need to drain a spare for these, you can literally just set it on the first tire you want to air down and just play with the set screw as it airs down until you're where you want to be, then just set the others at the same set ring height. Bam.
