I'm hoping I don't do too bad. It's been about 11 years since I was trail riding in a truck.

Did you remove the material you filled in after you passed it? The few times I have used rocks to get past a part of a trail I always try to remove my "handicap" for the next group.

There was a line of rigs waiting for us to get through so once we did they were right behind us. I never went back to remove them :anonymous:

Too poor to list anything interesting.
It's like the handicap at black gap road. It's not even a challenge anymore. It's just a bumpy road now. I think if my friends make it back there this year, we're going to strip a bunch of those rocks.

It's probably not the worst thing to have left the fill. The right side of the trail is the bypass and is washed out to the point that I had to winch a certain someone through it. The trail is labeled a 2, so the bypass really should be taken care of.

True; it is not a crime against humanity. There are far worse things that happen on the trails that should not.

Most people try to follow the "leave no trace" mindset where the trail is left like it was found.

In regards to the price of the event, it is well worth the money. The Toyota Trail Riders rent the park from BMRA for this event and lets just say it is not cheap. It would cost you $120.00 just to wheel and camp at BMRA thur-sun during any other time during the year and you do not get any of the extras this event offers. In my opinion this event is well worth the $120.00
I hope to see all you guys and gals out there this year.

After last weekend, I have a feeling this Jambo won't be as messy as last year.

There were some puddles, outside of the usual offenders. Routes like Clydes Ravine doesn't have that deep drop off anymore. But there's still a lot of mud at the part where you articulate. I suggest taking that bypass. But mostly, the park is almost back to its old dry, dusty self.

They're slowly starting to redo the trails that had a lot of erosion happen to them. I know the bypass at Linda Gail isn't as sketchy anymore.

So for those reading the thread and were on the fence about going because of park conditions,
