I will for sure! Thanks man! I really hope I end up getting a decent amount of votes. That grand prize would up my build like crazy!

Does anybody have an estimate of how much you would guess the third row of seats in my rig weigh? I bought these ToyTec HD Superflex coils that are made to give 2.5" of lift with an extra 200 lbs in the rear. With my tent, I should be fine. But until I get a rear bumper, I'm worried about sitting with my ass in the air.

I'm hoping, with like 100 pounds of tools and the 3rd row of seats, that I'm closer to 200 pounds than the prior owner.

Here is what the rake is like on an unloaded 5 seater T4R.

I think rake looks good, and is practical. With my Dakars on the tacoma I can put 1000 plus in the bed before it starts to level out. I would rather the rear sit high all the time than low on the occasions that I have to load it up.

I'd rather sit like 1" higher in back than front. I think 2" is too much though. Once I load up my RTT and @RelentlessFab rear bumper, I'll be set.

Yeah I would imagine with the runner the weight in the rear doesn't vary as much as it would with a truck so you can probably dial things in a little better. With the truck, what is in the bed is always changing so I like the wiggle room.

Yeah. Pretty stagnant. My roof rack will have the most weight after I add gas cans, propane tank, and tent.

Thanks. I don't deserve most credit though haha. A lot of it was on when I bought it. I have some big plans for it though.

Just ordered HD rear coils, hopefully getting some new lighting soon. Time to start saving for a bumper to bring these coils down though.

    Sliders installed in 7 days!!

    Great Build Matt.

This is pretty much what I'd do suspension wise when I pick up my T4R next year. I am sure your suspension treats you well as I pretty much have the same suspension as you do on my Tacoma.

Not too many guys run this full blown Icon set up.

When you purchased your 4Runner, was it already on there? Because that suspension does cost a pretty penny. . .

    Kind regards,
    RAD

Yeah it was on. I wouldn't have gone this far out if it were me. It is one of the reasons I liked the truck though.

Yeah it will! Are you going to be displayed in any booth or just camping?

I think you will be perfect with the tent on and no bumper, I ran those with no tent/bumper etc for years and thought they were great. I think you might over do them with a bumper though.

They are a 25% over stock rate, so 180x1.25=225 lb/in. Both the Icon overland as well as my Metal Techs are 300 lb main spring, and the second rate is 100 on the MT, and 200 on the Icons, which are designed for heavier loaded vehicles, as well as additional weight in the rear, ie. drawers, bumper etc. I think the MTs are perfect with my rear bumper and fully loaded, and that is without the 200 or whatever lbs of an RTT.

Just something to consider, springs are cheap and easy to sell used ones, so swapping those down the line is an easy fix.

Yeah the problem is I don't run the tent all the time. I will run the bumper all the time though

I think the Icon's might be a better fit then once you have the bumper, but clearly try em out and see how it goes. What springs are on there now, stock?

I wish! Working with ADS at the moment, but I don't think they've got a booth reserved yet. I already planned on just camping somewhere nearby Friday night and doing a day pass saturday
