    There's one 45 mins south of Atlanta in a town called Jackson in Butts County. It's called Health Fitness USA. If you go there from 5-6 pm on a weekday, you see some swole-ass motherfucker lifting.....I'll be behind him

    What you coming to Atl for? What part?

    Yeah. I think this weekend I'm going to give a shot at getting everywhere by bike. Kinda ease back into it.

    I am finally getting over my sickness. I am waking up with a bunch of phlegm in my throat. My body is pretty dyhydrated and I can feel it when biking. Going to slam some water/food. If I am feeling good this afternoon ill go for a light run and maybe some body weight exercises.

    Best decision I have made. Well, I didn't make the decision...my truck took a shit. But still, couldn't be happy. Pretty sure it's playing a large role in the weight drop I have recently made since my "cutting" diet is basically me eating shitty food at home with a bit of veggies when I feel daring.

    Might start doing some longer 10 - 20 mile rides on the weekends to shed the weight faster and beef my legs up even more.

    I like cycling to bars, restaurants, and what have you in town because I get the best parking. WHEREVER I WANT TO LOCK UP MY BIKE.

    10-20 mile rides are a great way to sweat out the alcohol from the previous night of drinking.

    Same here. I dunno what cleanses they talk about, but the majority of the ones on the market are bs. They either starve you to make you lose weight or are so loaded with fiber that you just shit out 10 lbs in a few days. Those are just the ones I'm familiar with.

    The guy starts out at an overweight state for sure. He loses a bunch of weight and gets healthy spoiler. There is another guy in the doc that started at 429 and ended at 200. Mind blown.

    It's about juicing with fruits and vegetables only and fasting. Inch of saying it's for everyone. These people were in extreme obese categories and this helped jump start them into healthier life styles. I want to do it more for detox purposes than weight loss. I just want to flush my system entirely and start fresh
