New car smell making me sick!

    Actually very true.
    Although in some cases...temp and humidity can begin the off gassing again.

    Park in area with plenty of homeless population. Leave doors unlocked. Good chance they'll have a soup kitchen in there within a day or two and your smell issue should be resolved

    Just received the Weathertech floor mats front and rear, wow perfect fit love how they covers the left, right kick panel from scuffing and no off gassing ! !!!!!!!!!

    Just to post a up date. I've been leavening my windows open over night. It still bothers not like it did but I can still faintly smell but more I can taste it . I'm gonna try the baking soda
    Next I'll let you s know in a few days . Thanks everyone for a thread.

    It made me a sick a few times on long drives. It stuck around for 2 months and it's mostly gone now. I haven't driven the truck in 5 days and I assume I will smell it when I get back in this weekend

    @Z50king , thank for validating my complaint .these guy like to give me a hard time but it's all in good fun no doubt ! But the smell it's still there I've. Been leavening my windows open at night a crack . Still not gone just about to bust a 1000k on her. I think I'm gonna try some baking soda. With the windows close today the smell / taste is still I the truck

    Try some ground coffee, spread all over the rear floor area, it absorbs odors and smells good when you vacuum.

    Try a 1/2 cup vinegar and a whole lemon sliced. Place in nice size stainless bowl and pour boiling water over them and place in truck for few hours. Buy couple bags of Meso and keep in truck.
