    Probably Mescalero Apache, Inn of the Mountain Gods Casino is my guess. In the area where he is visiting. Also only place I know that has a zip line

    When you are in Cloudcroft and Ruidoso be sure to get out and hike a little. Sheds are dropping and can find a few in the area if you are into that!

    That is the one. We plan on a lot of hiking. Plan to camp somewhere down sun spot road off one of the fire roads. Any suggestions on areas to hike and camp? At this moment we are planning to wing it. I did not think about shed hunting. I have a catahoula that is started on blood training with an amazing nose. I have her trained to track my daughter. Started that as a pup because we are in the woods so much. My daughter thought it was fun at first. Now she hates it because she cant win hide and seek. :)

    I do not have any suggestions for a place to camp unfortunately. I was working a CWD checkpoint at sunpot last semester and we just camped right off the road or the NMDGF trailer in Mayhill. But I know there are quit a few places you will be able to find! :rofl: that's great about your daughter and dog. I would definitely keep an eye for sheds and use your dog, especially if hiking around a lot. I think they are going $12+ a pound. A good elk shed could get like $75-$125!
