    Has anyone thought about color matching the grill? Ive heard that after the last plasti-dip coat, you can spray just about any color of Krylon. You could probably even get a can of color match..

    5 coats is plenty. 15 minutes between coats, if it looks wet still wait another 5-10. I wait 30 minutes after the final coat to mess with anything.
