Hope it changes. Which the way it's looking it will.

 

Always can change, especially being so far out. But the thing being, if it changes now it will be pushing the rain towards sat/sun. The system is there its just a matter of how deep it goes. If it deepens more then it will slow down which will delay the weather. Hopefully it rains Thursday and not Friday.

Doing the grill now but I won't have time to do the emblems today.

 

Finally got rid of some of the chrome. Still need to do the emblems or just remove them.

 

I would just remove them but that's just my opinion. But the black does look good with that inferno

 

Knocked out @xweslingx shock crossmember and mounts and installed @TAZ2014Taco sliders today

I do have a question on how the shocks are mounted.. Shouldn't you make them angled like this / \ for articulation?

 

They could be mounted that way, but its not necessary. They really can be mounted almost any way, as long as they are not bottoming out and not over extending. Wes still has to do his bump stops so the new shock setup doesn't bottom out. We did discuss that the upper mounts might have to be re-done and moved higher but we will wait to flex it to decide if its necessary.

 

I would definitely re do them with the amount he is going to be flexing, or plan on flexing.... When he droops one side, it will cause the shock to bend and possibly break.
