Large fuel tank in back would help with stops

Funny store from today:

I stopped by discount tire and was chatting with one of the managers when I mentioned the 2016 Tacoma that was in their parking lot. He said it belonged to one of the techs and I was like "WHO?!! Chan?" and he laughed and said yes. It looks like my DT buddy has bought himself a Taco and I had no idea!

I told him he should get on TW if he isn't already, waiting to see what he says when he gets back to me. Keep on the lookout for a sexy Mag Grey 2016 with curved LED bar and Duratracs! He may already be on the forum

How do you guys feel about leaving a little earlier. Since Greg starts vacation the 25th, I got the idea to leave earlier (26th) and check out Ouray, CO before Moab

Maybe if we all agree to this, Greg will finally say yes

Any info about the trail conditions there? They should be open by then, I hope.

Yeah that looks great. I don't like the wheels but the stance is fucking BA.

 

I know nothing about local conditions currently, if that's what you're asking. I really enjoyed Imogene, it was the perfect trail for what I wanted to do which was sightsee without breaking shit. Engineer was great, but the 550 side was way more technical than you'd think based on trail reports....plus I don't suggest doing it at dusk like we did....but camping at Animas Forks was sweet and being the first guy over the pass in the morning was cool. That whole area is awesome. My first choice of a place to relocate was Ouray but my fucking wife hates snow. ...so that was kind of out.

I will say some of the passes stay closed well into spring. Probably have to keep an eye on them and make a game time decision.

 

Let me just fix that for you so that you stay a married man...
