Play it again!

I've decided to play it again as another build. I found Fudge Muppet on youtube and he has some pretty awesome builds. Right now I'm leveling a BOS Paladin build. 100% Power Armor is pretty sweet. Next will be a gunslinger lone wanderer allied to the Minute Men.

K , so anybody else have this happen ?

I'm wandering along in the ruined buildings near Vault 81 and I see a couple people standing around , look at them through my sniper scope and realize they are BOS scribes , so I walk up to them and see there is also a BOS knight with them in power armour .

Just as I start to talk to them the screen flashes and I realize its the lightning effect that happens when you fast travel to and from the Institute . Anyways about 1/2 dozen synths teleport in amongst us , including a Courser , one of them says " you must be terminated " and they start attacking the BOS soldiers . They attacked me too but I'm not sure if they shot at me first or only after I attacked one of the Synths .

Anyways , big gun battle , all 3 BOS soldiers killed , I knock out all the synths and am attacking the Courser and as I'm trying to finish off the Courser , another flash and 3 or 4 more synth reinforcements arrive and join in the fight . I managed to finish them all off but that was a first as far as random encounters for me.

 

Hasn't happened to me but that sounds like a bad ass fight.

 

I'm watching my friend play Fo3 for the first time.

 

Anybody actually use the Synth Relay Grenades yet ? I have 10 or so but haven't used any

 

I used 10 at once in the mission where you destroy bos. Synths everywhere

 

No but I did sneak a mini nuke and grenade on a Gunner, it hurt me almost as much as it did him.

So I'm doing the mission with Bobbi no nose and I was just attacked by a one armed headless feral ghoul lmao

 

The other night I was playing the mission where you meet the Institute courser to go recover the synth and there were some BOS knights near where we started the mission , for whatever reason my courser companion and the knights started fighting and a car exploded near the knights and for the next few minutes all the cars and bits of debris and bodies flew around like they were caught in a tornado , it was really bizarre

 

Automatron comes out the 22nd!!!
