I was in PA today so i stopped and bought myself a PA fishing license. Non-resident cost me over $50 bucks! I gotta do some serious amounts of fishing in PA now and get my monies worth.

I camp at a lot of the PA state parks and many of'em have stocked lakes so i'm sure i'll get use out of it.

Alright guys leme get your opinion. Stumbled across a wrecked Tacoma in Pa up by school with a Arb bull bar on the front just like mine.

The owner wants 300$ for it and it needs a paint job. Should I offer 200$ and try and make a profit? Not sure if the work would be worth it. Just not often you come across a Arb bar for 300$. It's On a first gen Tacoma but I think it would fit a 4Runner as well. Opinions?

I usually buy the year license as well. I think a 7 day license is something like $30. I live relatively close to Lake Redman so I use the license there.

I like to fish at my leisure. I fished a few tournaments before. I don't like having a time limit and I don't like keeping a fish in a well. I'm a catch and release fisherman.

i havent fished a tourney in 20 years, just pointing out that B.A.S.S. finds Md waters productive enuff to have tournaments every year. i'm a leisure fisherman also, but ya gotta admit, ya always want to "outfish" whomever yer fishing with, human-competive-nature :duel:

I just bought this aluminum Tracrac from my local Home Depot for $298. I need it to transport my 10ft Pelican boat while towing my camper.

How does that attach? Is it a rack system so you could put it on like... A cap?

Yea it attaches with clamps like a cap on trucks like the first Gen tacoma's. On trucks like the 2nd Gen taco it attaches to the rail system. It's a no drill installation either way. Also it's universal so it will fit a compact or full size truck. TracRac is Thule so the Thule accessories will work with this rack system. Not bad for $300 imo.

I only plan to use it to transport my boat while towing my camper. So when it's not needed it's easy to remove off the truck. The TracRac is USA made with a lifetime warranty, can't beat that.

A few years ago I had a Pond Prowler. Pretty much the same thing you have there. They are a good time.
