What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

Anyone do me a favor and measure the height from ground to pumpkin? Im on 33s so please specify what size you have.

Considering buying a floor jack, max height is either 19 or 23

 

Put my summer wheels back on and played in the mud! Also spent pretty much all of yesterday working on my buddies 85 k10, I'll stick to Toyotas.

I bought a pair of complete headlight assemblies w/ bulbs for under $60 from www.rockauto.com. Nothing special, but they were a direct replacement. Considering bulbs alone from the neighborhood parts store can be around $12 - 20 each, I was happy. Plus, I didn't have to try and figure out how to get rid of the yellowing.

Modified my leaf packs both front and rear on driver side, add 2" aal to Trail Gears leaf pack

 

That torque multiplier in action, eh?

 

Mine is ~10.5" on worn out 33's.

Here is the one I got I think but it must have been on sale at the time because I recall only paying ~$90.

I like. Been dependable. Plenty of reach. Fits under my Corolla too.

Guess so i think it's going to be a new learning curve.

 

Alright guys I'm running into some issues with my new 882's. The drive is great around the city but every time when I go over a speed bump at a certain speed I get this clunk on both sides. Any thoughts? The front set up is 882's with one nitro sport shocks and 10mm trim packer.

 

u have aftermarket upper control arms? It could be the stock control arm hitting the coils. Check for any nicks/dings on the coils. That would happen when I had my very first lift. It was a crappy spacer lift that would hit the coils.

 

Yeah is still have stock uca's but I saw that there was plenty of room between it and the coils. The clunk happens after going over the speed bumps.
