By the built not bought logic "I built my house because I installed replacement windows." <- a carpenter uses "raw" materials to build a house, with assembly of some constructed materials. I doubt there was any raw materials used as part of this "build" It's shake -n- bake and I helped!

I bought them from wish.com for $11.00, took about a month to get them from Hong Kong. Get the wish app, they've got lots of cool stuff, pretty cheap too!

listen @Toyko Joe you seem like a decently educated person, so you can probably see why #builtnotbought can apply to simply building your truck to your own personal preferences. we also understand your interpretation. But your original post seemed rude to me, like you went out of your way to make a fellow member feel stupid. TW is about camaraderie!

I've been thinking about getting a set of those coopers as a second set of tires how do you like them so far? Your truck looks sick by the way!

it was really easy the instructions are written perfectly!its just like jumping into cold water, best to just jump in! having a nice sharp razor to strip the small section of the AC control wires(which are located right behind the ac/heating controls) will help! it was my first time soldering too!(future me will prolly laugh at this work, but im pretty proud right now lol)

Here is a video of my truck playing in the sand pit near Grande Prairie, AB doing the hardest possible route in the pit like it wasn't even there.

    https://youtu.be/vNmKDqvQWqo

So I have been having one of those weeks and I spent well over 12 hours searching google while watching the full season of the Alaska offroad warriors and shaking my head at to what these people brought to traverse the backroads through there... I kinda want to do it now but I know my truck isn't there yet. here is a link to it.

    https://youtu.be/RQ-wkALrSzk

But... after all that searching... I need some help and advice. I do ask that the help is answered on my build thread so as to not jumble up this thread.
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/tylers-2015-trail-team-tacoma-build-thread.400954/#post-12029404

Basically I am wondering if anyone had run the fox nitrogen charged shocks on their tacoma before? Pluses and minuses. choices... I cant seem to find anything regarding these shocks anywhere.... lots of searching.. maybe I am just tired now.

Thanks in advance for the advice from other members. most of you are great people.... there are some that I have to wonder about though.

They are Level 8 brand but I can not remember the model. My wifey made the custom logos for the center because I wasn't a fan of the big 8 they came with
