got and alignment and boy was my alignment jacked the hell up!

now its
left
Camber = -.1
toe = .01
caster = 2.3

right
camber = .1
toe = 0
caster = 2.5

WAS:
left
camber = .9
toe = -.47
caster = 3.9

right
camber = .6
toe = -.37
caster = 5.1

For anyone driving around on 2.5 lift (bilsteins or OME) and no aftermarket UCAs... get some asap.

I also think I got a slight lift from the change...

camber is the angle the wheel sits from the top to bottom like this when looking at it from the front / \... 0 means this

toe is the angle of the wheel when looking at it from the top down / \ 0 means

caster is the position it sits in the wheel wheel. 2.4 is optimal for this truck with this size tires

so a 0, 0, 2.4 will reduce tire wear, and make the truck drive straight...

I was going to try to explain these numbers for them but solus you did a good job of explaining.....i t would of taken me an entire page to get the same point across.lol.

Those numbers arent bad. Its always good to have about a 0.5 degree more caster on the right side to compensate for road crown.

No...he is right. .5* more Caster will prevent the vehicle from wanting to wander tward the right side of a crowned road.

My truck is going under the knife tomorrow :yay: and I'd like to know what caster number would be ideal. What's being installed is the Toytec ULK w/Dakar rear & LR UCAs. Wheels are 18x9 (4.53 bs -12 offset) w/285/60 tires. I just want to make sure it's good before we roll out of there. Also, to make sure I have everything straight, the Toytec Coilovers arrive set at 2.5" right? That's how I understood it to be from what it says on their website. Thanks! I can't frickin' wait!

Rear is non adjustable so most of the time it wont matter......the thrust angle is the major thing, (rear end square). Some trucks allow you to install shims to correct camber and toe problems but usually its not a problem.

Caster will cause a "pull" or "drift" way more than camber. Ive never aligned a toyota truck but i do align alot of high end cars....On 90% of the cars i align they dont offer caster adjustment. 0.5 degree more positive caster on the right wheel is ideal. Anything 1.0 degree or more will cause a vehicle to wander to the left. Your specs look fine, as long as you have more caster on the right wheel you will be fine. It really only becomes trouble when you have less caster on the right.

Camber can affect a vehicle from driving straight but it usually has to be a major difference from one side to the other. If caster isnt adjustable we can sometimes adjust either right or left camber to compensate a slight pull but the problem is you will get uneven tire wear.
