Too poor to list anything interesting.
Was this the guy who didn't know where his recovery point in the front was, and who then tried to dig his front end out with a foldable shovel?

    But was the shovel zombie-rated?

Quite possibly, but I wasn't with him when this happened and the other guys with him were way more experienced.

I'm registered and plan to drive down from St. Louis, Missouri either Thursday or Friday. I will camp, so I'm looking to see if there is an established "TacomaWorld" site yet.

Is there a problem with asking for some space to make one?

No; not at all. I just have not heard of a TW specific site. Usually before the Toyota Trail Riders (the club that puts on Jambo) will cater to such a specific request there needs to be a specific cash or registration donation to the event for such a request to be met. TW is not such a driving force at Jambo to my knowledge. Looking at their numbers - most of the rigs are FJs or 4Runners.

Camping is first come first serve, except for the cabins and electric spots. 2 clubs (TTR, the host and ArkLaTex, a sponsor) have year round camp sites which will be reserved for members of those clubs. Old Camp and DFWTX 4x4 are generally reserved as family camps for those who have children and will be respectful at night. The other campsites are fair game but get there early for the best sites and some get closed off early by clubs from Austin and Houston. If you want to hang with the TW crowd you can ask someone to save a spot for you, those I have meet are nice though some drink a lot and might be poor cuddle buddies.

I have never been to the park, but I am only 40 minutes from it. I plan on attending and will be arriving on Thursday and could possibly set up a camp area if need for "TacomaWorld".

I just finished my registration for it. We can plan something out if you want. I have a canopy and such for a group camp area.
