You need 4 holes drilled on the bottom of the frame on both sides, totaling 8 holes. It's pretty easy though... I bolted the sliders on the existing holes on the side of the frame, which put the sliders exactly where they need to be... Then I just piloted and drilled through the bottom holes that all pro designated. You'll need to remove brake line clips to move the brake lines to reach on the driver side. On the passenger side there's a box holding some electrical stuff, take the two bolts out of the frame and let the box hang, bolt it back on over the slider once it's in place.

I am curious. I test fit the sliders yesterday. The instructions CLEARLY say they want a gap between the sliders in the pinch weld at the bottom of the cab and you might need to grind down the pimch to get the clearance you need.

After mounting them up, it looked like there was PLENTY of space between the slider and the pinch. Has anyone needed to grind down the pinch for clearance?

Tracy got back to me within the day. They sandwich between the slider and frame where there's a bend. I noticed this during install but wasn't sure.. Makes sense now.

I called Allpro today and they told me that some sliders have that piece already welded in. Mine do. It's kind of a filler plate located near the front of the slider where it bolts to the frame. Very near the angled piece that bolts to the crossmember.
