Just ordered some vans to workout in. Haven't worn vans in forever and wore an old pair today while I was painting my grandmothers garage, I remember why I wore them all the time in high school.

Signed up at planet fitness so I could work out with the gf when I see her 2 or 3 times a week. All there bars are in Smith machines. Kinda weird but since I work out alone I kinda like it. Did squats then calf raises them leg presses. Hit 270 x 10 then 360 x 10 then 450 x 10 then 360 x10 and 270 x 10. That felt good. Then did dead lifts them leg curls then leg raises. Felt good to push it.

I've been told I look like him, actually. Several times.

So, the Hodgetwins are no longer vegetarian/vegan. They didn't like the results, apparently.

Looks to me like they had to cycle off the Roids for a couple months and figured they'd claim they were vegan to mask any loss of gaaaainz.

I haven't watched them in a long time but I don't remember them being so stupid? Not the vegan thing, that's dumb for many reasons, but more so how they act.

Yea, that's why I don't watch them much anymore. They were always a little dumb, but it's just annoying now. Add in the fact that they used to say how they'd never "sell out" like all these other you tubers did, and the fact that it's fairly obvious they're juicing now, but still denying it, and they just annoy me. I'll watch a vid every now and then, but that's it.

So I lost 4 lbs in 1 day all while counting macros. No idea what happened, but no bueno! Can't be dropping weight that fast 4 weeks into a cut.

Early morn workout for me this week. I am working through spring break. Feels good to get up early and start the day with a hot tea.

Gonna hit a lil bit of everything today since I have been sick the past week.

I'm down 5 lbs after 2 weeks. Trying to go slower this time around.

Nah. It was mostly just from not eating like shit. No more cookies and milk at midnight every night.
