Put in work on a killer chest/tri workout today if anyone is looking for a good one -

    Bench press
    Sets of 20, 18, 16, 10, 8, 6, 10, 20
    (I did 95lb, 115lb, 125lb, 135lb, 185lb, 205lb, 135lb, 95lb)

Incline DB fly + incline close grip DB press (1 of each=1 rep)
    3 sets of 12

Cable tricep press down superset cable tricep reverse grip pull down
    3 sets of 12

    Cable kickbacks
3 sets of 12 (each arm)

Took right at an hour for me and my partner to complete but we also did 5x5 squats at the beginning, so probably 45min? The trainer at the gym also joined in for the bench part but he tapped out on the set of 6. Light weight...

    Pump so good

So I've been doing the standard shoulder exercises then, maybe I need to do more work outs or something cause I haven't gotten that deep shoulder burn like I want.

Can I come on pizza day? We can carb load on pizza and deadlift really loud until we get kicked out

Favorites are: seated and standing overhead press, side and front dumbbell raises, single-arm linear jammers, incline bench reverse flys and for traps: any shrug variation and rope pulls

A good one to do to get a good burn are what I call dirty dozens: superset side dummbell raises, front dumbbell raises and incline bench reverse flys. 3 sets of 12 without stopping.

I've done a similar one during the 'Body beast' workout. It was called the 'Sagi Six Way' (Sagi was the dudes name who made this workout)

You sit and have DBs (light weight, like 12s) at your side, arms fully extended down (like you are about to do some curls) then you raise them out to the side (like making a T with your arms) then move them in front of you (hail hilter style) then raise straight up (the kick is good sign) then back down to out in front of you then back to out at the sides then down to the starting point. It's a good finisher. Do 12 of those (returning to starting point = 1 rep)

    Edit - these...

Honestly the alarm didn't bother me because if it was me that set it off no one said shit to me. Everyone was cool about it. Plus I'm focused on my workout, head phones in. I barely notice anyone around me unless they are hot.... Then I follow Dom's guide to picking up woman in the gym and assume the power flex position and wait for them to me, because that's the rules in the jungle, that and no curls in the squat rack.

Yeah the Joe Rogan Experice aka JRE IS his podcast. It's hilarious and super informational. He brings on all kinds of different people. Definitely worth giving a listen.

That reminds me, the Chive posted this a few days back:

McKayla "Is Not Impressed" Maroney is a Smoke Show

I remember watching the Olympics thinking she was hot as hell...well, she still is

Not a chive guy at all, but they do have interesting articles from time to time.

I'd give her something to be impressed with.....
