Just wondering if I install 5100's in the front end and do a 1" block in the back. Can i always go back and add new Eibach coils to my 5100's or new coils of another brand?

You can use stock, Eibach, or OME on 5100's.

Can i use Eibach coils to give me extra lift to 3" since the bilsteins will only give me about 2"-2.5"?

The eibach will give you 3 inches of lift with the collar set at the lowest setting.

You'll need to get new UCA's if you're shooting for 3".

You can use Eibach 521600 2.5" lift and Bilstein set at zero. To achieve 3" add Toytec .25" top plates.

    I thought I wouldn't need UCA's unless I go above 3"? I can't get it into alignment at 3"s?

You can, but you will have limited adjustability at 3", most trucks benefit from UCAs over 2" IMO.

If I was going 2.5"+ I'd get UCAs, personally. You won't see a good alignment at 3" with stock UCAs, but you'll get an alignment.

I think the general opinion is no, or 50/50.
