    Hey OP,

What is your overall goal with your Tacoma? Do you have a budget in mind?

OME Lift Kit: Front 90021 shocks with 885 coils. Nitrochargers 60091 shocks in the rear. Medium Duty Dakar leaf pack. 17 in TRD rims wrapped with Nitto Ridge Grapplers in 265/70/17
My overall goal is to have that lifted look without compromising anything major in the long run. Id like to keep he ride close to factory if possible.I'll be doing the occasional off roading. Nothing to treacherous. It will also be my daily drive.

My budget is reasonable, something that won't break the bank.

what are the pro's and con's of the differential drops in these bilstein 5100 kits? Some on these forums say not to get/install the diff drop kits? From what i understand if you have a 2-2 1/2 lift without aftermarket UCA's the diff drop helps reduce wear on the boots? The mechanic i talked to recommended the differential drop to reduce the wear on the boot. I understand if you go for the full 3" lift you should get the aftermarket UCA's, but what about the diff drop? any info would be appreciated. The headstrong bilstein kit does not have the drop but the toytec kit does?

I heard if you do a lot of off roading not to get the diff drop. Can anyone clarify this?
*EDIT* Maybe this link can answer that question.
