Yea possibly. I have 155k miles on my rig right now. Do you think it has to do with anything with the sway bar end link? Mine is sitting like a V atm.

Drove the tacoma to the toyota dealership..... to buy a 2011 Venza for the wife. Also ordered weathertechs for the venza...

salesmen were drooling all over my clean 5 lugger, quickly let them know that, no, it's not for sale and I'm sure as heck not going to trade it in to them!

Can anyone give me pointers on where to get some good paint for not crazy money? I have a compressor and guns and this will be done my self. Looking for a hammered finish flat black or flat grey. Also how much would I need to do my extra cab plus door jambs?

Flat colors are very difficult to paint.

Have you thought about a vinyl wrap?

Dude, vinyl wrapping is difficult as anything. Wrapped my hood and tailgate in carbon fiber, and other stuff too. I'm not looking for a perfect finish, you know. No clear coat. Just a good home done job

I was unaware of that. I am not sure what year your 1st gen is or if it is a single or extended cab but you can most likely find a kit from Flowmaster, Borla, Gibson or Dynamax to name a few.

Here's a site where I looked up an exhaust system for my truck, a 2000 Toyota Tacoma, and it gives you a list of exhaust packages from different manufacturers:

No, no, I'm saying the TRD exhaust made for 1st gens by the brand Toyota Racing Development hasn't been made in like a decade.

Yeah, I was unaware that TRD stopped making the Cat-Back systems for 1st gen Tacoma's. I was looking to eventually get one for my 2000 but guessing that option is out since I waited too long.

I have seen one or two other tw members with 1st gens with a full plasti dip job looks nice. I think I will bed line mine once the paint is worse.

Spindles are headed out to get new bearings. New (to me) Camburg UCAs should be arriving here soon.
Whats the fastest anyones ever torn the spindles out of their truck? I just finished this in under 30 minutes lol.
