Do you know the dimensions on them collapsed and extended? Also what else are you running in the rear? Leaf pack, shackle flip, etc. Thanks!!

Well shoutout to Sierra for replacing the clutch incredibly fast. I'll give it a week to let the clutch break in and then the verdict of whether or not this solved my problem will be out.

If this didn't solve my trouble getting into gear then I have wasted a grand and have to go find an R150f in a junkyard haha

I hate throwing time and parts ( read money ) at unknown problems. I was nervous about replacing my front bushing and seals this past week to stop a vibration. Well, %90+ gone. I know I still have issues with the rear bearing... Anyway, hopefully you're good. I know you've spent a lot of time investigating your troubles

Honestly my suspicion right now after driving it a few miles is that my transmission is trash. It still doesn't want to go into gear ever. I'll give it a few days though. When I had my Marlin clutch installed I never had this much trouble getting it into gear. Everything on this 4Runner has been replaced in the last 4 years except for the driveshafts, transmission, transfer case, and the frame basically.

I actually bought the truck with the intake on it. I just added a magnaflow muffler to it. It sounds really good when you open it up. I got lucky, because it is loud when you want it to be, and subtle enough when highway driving it won't drone you out of the cab.

    Alright guys,

So this past weekend I went camping and found out my front 4wd doesn't engage. The drive shaft locks in place in 4H or 4L and doesn't rotate. In 2H the drive shaft rotates freely. I am going to look into the vacuum hoses I've found through looking. Anyone have any other ideas?

Did it engage when you bought it?

I went thru this on the 4Runner. Found some vacuum hoses split.

Check solenoid function. Apply vacuum to check for collar movement. Check for split hoses.

Let me know if you want to bring it by.

Felt like it. Felt like it on the trail as well. But apparently not.

Don't know how to do those.

Haha. I'll check for the hoses.

Sending a text to you bud.
