I do in fact have a snorkel. I quoted an old post with the sole intention of giving Madjik crap.

:brianr: At least he said nice looking 2nd gen. And we all know that a nice looking second gen is still half of a proper first gen.

Yeah it actually is 717lbs. Toytec took the stock springs off of their SEMA build and had them pressure tested to get the spring rate for R&D. As you could see in the pic too the 2016 spring is even longer hence the 1 inch higher front suspension vs the 2nd gen.

You sound snobby. A "proper first gen". Say it in an English accent to get the full effect.

    Some ppl are jelly...

My truck is always muddy this time of year because I live at the end of a dirt road, road is constantly thawing & freezing so it makes a muddy mess. Best part is that from about end of November till about mid April I get to go 4 wheeling every day on my drive home :D

They are a "rebuilder" dealer. Lots of salvage cars and cars that look like they skipped out on being salvaged. You pay a premium for the "clean" cars from them also.

I thought there was a law that if it was salvaged, it shows up somewhere on the title.

    Not always, many slip through.

One example, If I wreak my truck and it is considered a total loss and insurance pays me out. I could "buy" my truck back, because I'm the owner with the title in my possession the title never changes hands and never gets the salvage report from the state. Cars like these sell like hotcakes on craigslist all the time.

You're not that's why I tagged you. The only down fall to my buddy is he does not do trade ins. Which is why I posted here for people to keep an eye out at the dealers.

Hmmm...that is some wacky dealings. I just went to Georgis website and wondered why some of the trucks were such a good deal. Does Carfax show salvage status or just a history?

Probably just the cross fit part. There are either people all about it, or people going to physical therapy to undo what they injured there. I'm waiting to see what the next fad is in the workout world.

Thats why its a good idea to always really inspect a vehicle before you buy, and know what you're looking at. My first car was "totalled" by insurance since it was cheap and the hood/radiator/headlight totalled it out. I kept it, repaired it, drove it for a year, and sold it as a clean title... buyer was informed of the repairs which were quite obvious with the different color hood.
