    I don't have any of the tools to do this anymore. I quit working on geep stuff just after 9/11, all my special tools stayed with the guys that still worked there. You need setup bearings or a pinion depth gauge at a minimum when starting for zero on a Dana diff.

    Jake for your gears you might need to hit up Lil B's Fabrication in Englewood. He does good work. Or you can pay out the ass for High Country to do it. My brother's shop in Colorado Springs would do them but I doubt you wanna take that all the way to to CS to get the diff set up.

    I would take t down to your brother on the rear. I got the front all figured out and in 3 weeks ill have an arb for atleast the rear. Thats when i will do the rear. I have to get a drive shaft made once the SAS is done. Im in no hurry so if your brother wants to do the rear or brian wants to do it here in 3 weeks either way.

    Not sure. Give me the details of what you want set up and I will ask. Keep in mind their forte is guys rebuilding Scout's with an LS and either D60s or Diamond axles.

    Haha. Its a 79 ford hd high pinion 30 spline 2 carrier gearing to 4.88. All the stuff is sitting here and ready to be installed. Just need to be put in!
