@808tacodude that was you in HK today ya? Your ride looks killer! I would have joined you in the sand but I was with my fiance and the truck was loaded with Costco goods.

Yeah that was me. Your truck looks good too. How did you mount the rod holders to the bed cover?

My wet Okole sat covers. I didn't go with the piping cause it looks too busy.

I bought these t-rails online and drilled through the cover to secure them. You have to measure and space it evenly underneath to make sure you hit the empty areas.

I then used hex screws to mount my old snowboard rack. I use it mostly for my kiteboard but it also works great for rods too.

It took me awhile to find the right size rail online but I did and I can still close my tonneau perfectly. If you want more details PM me and I'll give you all the info.

Thanks. After I thought about it, my poles would stick out the back too much. I still got my racks from my old truck so I can use those. Anytime you wanna run thru the sand, let me know, I live in HK

You don't gotta ask me twice. I take that route home once a week and run through the sand just to engage my 4x4.

I'll def hit you up next time I pass by. If you like sand West side is where it's at - super fun.
