Seriously? Fucking Toyota. Even I know better and I don't engines.

Part of the axing for the 2 doors was actually because they weren't selling, but that is because of the high price due to tariffs, so you are still correct.

So no wind noise on the 1st gen? What I'm thinking is that would've been caused by people being stupid and not being putting the top on correctly and Toyota just decided to fix their customers stupidity. I think they should've worked on they're stupidity with the head bolts!

Honestly the stock tires on the 350Z were way to narrow, it was so easy to break the rear end loose. Went with wider sticker tires and it was so much fun.

I never really noticed any wind noise. If I remember correctly(don't quote me it has been awhile) but there 3 bolts up top that bolted the removalbe top to the cab, then there were at least 5 or 6 along each side. So it was bolted down pretty good.

Yeah I bet. Beautiful cars. I've always wanted one. Did you sell that gem too?!

Sounds about the same as all the other fiberglass topped SUVs. And that's part if what makes me think my theory is correct, because I know people who don't put all the bolts back in. As far as I've seem, my step dad's Bronco has nothing securing the top

When the economy went to shit I lost a good chunk of pay and hours so I couldn't keep her unfortunately. I was also having a issue with 3rd gear popping out of gear when it was cold. It was a fun car but I got my sports car fix out of the way lol. I am also ADD with cars and usually only keep them for a couple years and move on to another one. I think I am getting close to 3 years with the Camry which is why I am getting the itch to sell it and get something else.

That is probably true, it didn't take much effort to put the bolts back in or take them off. You could have the top off in under 30 minutes easily if you have done it more than once. Just needed a second person to help you guide the top off the 4Runner. My brother eventually went with the FJ40 Bikini top since you don't have to worry about rain much in SoCal.

 :smack: how does one get ride of the sports car fix. I can't get enough of going fast and racing around corners in my Firebird. I mean sure I can take the same corners faster in the 4runner (don't ask me why. I have no clue. It just feels more stable. Strange I know) but the overall feel is just so great. Its intoxicating. Like for example, early I decided I was just going to drive to this one spot by the lake and come back. 5 mile round trip. Ended up hauling ass all the way around the lake just rocking out. As much as I miss driving the 4runner and stick shift, it will always be hard for me to choose.

Yeah that makes sense. Just like with anything, the more you do it the easier it gets. Used to take me 2 hours to get into my dash. Now I can do it in about 15 minutes. Why people get lazy is beyond me. Especially with my stepdads Bronco. Can't imagine the night mare that would be to replace.

Don't get me wrong sports cars are fun, but in my line of work I can't be racing around. So now I get my adrenaline rush by going slow in 4-Lo. It is fun and a lot less likely to get me in trouble legally. I am eventually get a sports bike, now that I have a place to store it. But riding season around here sucks.

That is very true and makes a lot of sense. I think another reason why I'm so drawn to it is its my only vice. I don't drink or do any drugs and have no intention of ever changing that. My only real addiction is to the adrenaline rush of zooming around in a car. Gotta have something lol

I wouldn't run a hydro bump on stock lowers. They arent strong enough.

The Total Chaos stock width lower arms are reinforced for a hydro bump but there isn't any room for an air bump with a secondary shock. It's one or the other.

If you want to go faster you should sell me your Icon stuff and go long travel. :D

I wish I could build my 4-Runner but my pre-runner build takes all my time and $$.

Free shipping but $299 was the total. I'm sure there is enough calculated in to make up for the shipping lol
