I noticed you have the Pro Comp 7069 series wheels on your truck. That is what I run on mine also although I could not get my center caps to fit on the front. Did yours fit okay or did you have to alter them? Thanks

Try 36psi, seems pretty good to me. 38psi was a bit too skiddish, 40psi was too much.

Yeah I tried 38psi and had the same reaction to it. I have since brought them down to 35psi and like the ride so far. I have recently learned that over inflation can cause uneven wear on the tires, so I am trying to avoid that.

What psi you run on pavement and then on trail? Noticed you are a fellow first gen. I am running 285's. And looking for some info on a good pressure to run at.

My local dealer quoted me $250. plus tax per tire, free mounting and balancing on some 265/75R16 KO2s yesterday, so I think that's what I'm gonna go with when my current KOs finally give up the ghost.

Haven't seen this question asked in any other place that I could find. I am purchasing a 2016 Tacoma Sport I know the first 1,200 miles or so is when the truck learns the gear pattern you use most. Now my question is I plan on putting some KO2 265/70/17 but would it be a better idea to put them on as soon as I buy the truck? Just wondering if different tires make it learn a different way for the future. For example would it drive better in the long run putting them on now opposed to running the factory tires for a year then putting on the KO2. Might not make that big of a difference I am sure just mostly trying to talk myself into putting them on right away.

Well if they do the sale again at the end of the Summer, I'll think about it. My local shop will install and balance 4 for $1000.

Yeah but they don't actually know any better. They're looking at a sheet that says 265/70/16 was the stock size and all they know is 70 does not equal 75....

    They'll fit...

How do you like your 315s? Looking to get some soon just curios how they are being E rated. Heavy? Loud? Smooth ride on the street? And how do they do in the rocks?

Heavy kinda. One wheel and tire combo weighs 100lbs. Quiet ride just like any all terrain. Smooth ride too. Do great in the rocks.

I personally would get them again. I really like them.

I have them on my 4Runner, they look better than what was on there before. Not driving on them yet. Have exhaust work to finish up first.
