Little darker wheels would look great I think, my last truck was silver with graphite and it looked sick.

You guys with dark rims, allbeit decent looking, make me feel like a tard for looking at chrome and polished/aluminum rims. I guess I am just too old to be cool.

I'm 43 and don't care for chrome. But on wheels I like it. As long as the wheel isn't 22" or bigger monstrosity.

I'm in the same boat ... I like chrome and 80's body trim ..... from the days of my youth..... What side molding you get from the factory today is all the same color as the body ... Borrrring! I'm sure chrome will make a come-back.

My good friend Jerry owns Camburg and he's having fun with these in Mexico this week

These are just loaners to them for testing, you should see what he's doing to his new Tunra.

Quick question for all. I am going to be getting my new wheels/tires mount and balanced tomorrow. I am selling my old stock wheels/tires. Question is do I have to swap over the TPMS? If I don't does anyone know if it will void any warranty I have? I am only asking because it would make it easier to sell the tires rather than having them broken down to get the sensors out. Thanks!

I'd have them break them down and use the TPMS sensors on the new wheels, they are already programmed for your truck. Just pop regular valve stems in the ones your selling, that's what I've always done.

I did the same thing. Actually, the shop removed the TPMS for free. they damaged one while doing so. They ended up putting one from the shop in place of it and it didn't work. Turns out only certain TPMS sensors will work with the new Taco's and they almost all have to be programmed by dealer. I have been told by a couple of members here that a few after market sensors work, but I have not validated it. It ended up costing the shop almost $400 and me two trips to the dealer to get it resolved. If it were me, I would have them remove and re-install the TPMS, unless you do not mind the constant yellow flashing symbol on the dash.

Oh I'm sure, but they'll be spendy and probably hard to get ahold of for a while.

Awesome, thanks for the input. I'll just stay safe and have them swap them over very carefully. The guy buying them will just have to fork out another 80-100 bucks for mount and balance.

I have had them in for about 5 days now and so far no issues and no shaking either. The bulbs fit in real snug too. So far they are great. Best $100 I spent on HIDs. I would recommend DDM Tuning.
