some of my neighbors are already turning their sprinklers on....we need more snow! like two more good blizzards.

 

March and April are Colorado's snowiest months. Your right on snow pack for front range but I always associated it with mountains so ignore what it said.

 

You are watering the grass already? Now that you have started you cannot stop.

 

I watered last weekend, and if it stays nice ill water every couple days but its supposed to snow and get cold end of the week. My lawn will never look like yours but its not bad @Gramps

 

I haven't started watering at all yet.

Me either. I cut my grass down and threw some fertilizer out. Waiting for that snow to come and help that out.

 

i put the fertilizer out and was thinking hell i need to water it in, hence the first watering

 

I haven't watered since 2014

 

Hmm my lawn guy uses a fertilizer that's time released and has no need to get watered in right away.

Actually, because it rained so much through June, I just grew accustomed to not doing anything. I'll probably water this summer. I like the tick tick tick tick clclclclclclclclcl sound of the sprinkler.

 

I don't even have enough grass to call a lawn

Not really because instead of grass I get goatheads. When I moved in the backyard was like a tumbleweed farm.
