    What have you done to your truck lately
    Here's an update on our group buy. We're looking at The first week of April that our stuff will be done. Then it will be palletize and weighed, once that is done another invoice will be sent out for the shipping part. Once everybody pays the tab then our stuff will be set sail to the islands. I'm looking at the week of the 11th of April that our pallets will be here on island.:fingerscrossed: Thanks Satin for helping us doing another group buy for Oahu.

    I was just thinking the same thing.. Imagine how goofy it would look with the stock bumper still on!
    I'm more worried about rust proofing the bedside cuts so I don't have to worry about it while installing the bumpers.

    I actually sprayed rustoleum bedliner in a cup and used a little paint brush to paint the cut edges on my fenders.

    I was thinking of masking a line across and using rubberized undercoating, but bed liner sounds like it will last longer. I don't want to glue on any trim moulding.

    Oh. I glued the trim over the painted edges. And yeah, the rubberized coating can be kind of rubbed off. I used that in my fenders and it stays soft after drying.

    There are rubberized coatings that stay soft and tacky and others that dry hard. I thought that they all dried hard until I bought the wrong one. I used it for the kitchen sink and made a fkn mess. (used as a sound deadener to make a cheap sink sound like a higher gauge one)
