Run will be Pacific Ridge Trail to Bartlett Springs Road to Walker Ridge Trail. There is a side trail off of Pacific Ridge that has a steep incline and decline, but I think - I think it is only open when it is dry. But overall it should be about 40-45 miles of trails.

It's been quite a few years for me. Have a buddy that had a cabin in clear lake and we use to do that loop a lot.

No, don't have time for that this trip. But later this summer I am planning an off road trip with some camping. On the keep pedigreen trail.

It should be a good and fun trip and a good chance to meet other people. I am guessing we will have close to 10 rigs going on this trip.

Sounds like a good time. If you don't mind another newb in a stock 4x4, the wife and I would love to join you. She makes a killer potato salad.

Well c'mon man. And don't forget the tater salad. It should be a good time and should be lots of fun. At this point I don't know if I am more excited for the four wheeling or meeting all sorts of new people.

Excited for the people and FOOD! Wheeling is fun but the cleanup after always sucks. Meeting new people, hanging out with old friends and eating new food is the best.

Looks like my truck will be in Cali on the 20th so still count me and my family in.

Looks like the rain might be done for a while. Give the trails some time to dry out a little bit. I don't like mud. Lol.

Just throwing this out there, but I don't have a CB radio in my truck. I usually just use FRS/GMRS radios on the trail to be able to talk to other vehicles in the group. Not sure who has any radios available. I know they are pretty inexpensive. If you don't have a FRS/GMRS radio and don't want to spend the money, that is fine. It was just a thought to keep in contact with everyone on the trail.

Looking forward to some wheeling, food, meeting new people, and just a good day. I checked the extended forecast for the 26th. Right now it says partly cloudy and and 70 degrees for where we are gonna be. So hopefully weather holds out and we should all have a good day.

Would like to join possibly but I will know for sure come next week. A friend and I had planned to run the same trail some time back but it was too wet and we decided to turn around and putt around the Stonyford area. Picture from Stonyford.

So here are the trails we will be wheeling on. We will start on the north side of Pacific Ridge (NC4), if it isn't real muddy we will climb up Lovely Ridge (NC5) - it is a steep climb, 30 degrees in spots and a steep descend also, then onto Bartlett Springs (NC3) heading west, and south onto Walker Ridge (NC2). There are a couple of stream crossings. Pictures aren't real clear, sorry.
