    Bumper is looking sexz mang!

Have you thought about how to reinforce it to the frame with more than just the 6 bolts?

Very curious, I will be doing a bumper build as well.

Thanks dude! I really appreciate it. I'm stoked to get er done!

Haha I'm taking the 1" bora spacers that I had on the front and putting them in the rear. Looks kinda funny with the skinny rear huh? Haha! Thanks man. I like it so far

But won't your tires hit the UCA like they did before? Its a +2 kit but that just pushes the whole spindle/front assembly out 2".. The space between the tire and the UCA hasn't changed.. I think :notsure:

They barely hit my UCA's before. I think they hit before cuz my UCA's were boxed. These ones are tubular and when I go full lock in either direction I'm not getting any rubbing. So we'll see haha. If at any point I need them I'll order another set for the front.

Thanks so much man! I'm getting excited about it taking shape. I plan or welding some supports on the side and running a large grade 8 bolt through a couple holes in the frame behind where the 3 bolts jet out on each side of that makes sense. I'm really gonna try to reinforce it as much as possible since I'll have a winch in it and everything.

Yeah weird haha. No rubbing so I'm happy. Doesn't mean nothing won't hit when I go wheeling though haha.

Hahaha I'll add the summit hoop and see how I like it but I really dig headlight hoops so I'll probably add those as well

Center hoop w/ supports is classy, when people see full hoops they know you mean business

I think full hoops is super aggressive. I like it!

Hahahaha I'll take a pic with just the center hoop and you can save it to your pics and look at it whenever you want :)

Pelfrey bolts to the front 6 as well as the swaybar 4.
That is going to be a heavy bastard once you get the winch and lights mounted.

I have made the decision to go with a reciever hitch and wire the plugs to the front and rear. That way I can keep the winch locked up in a storage box and pull it out as needed. I think having the ability to move it from front to back is nice and I keep 50 more lbs off the front as well.

Yea man, its not mine just more of compiled ideas and lessons learned from watching good build threads like @AaronArf @ckeene9 etc

Seems that the more weight you get on these front ends the more problems you run into down the road when the truck is used. You are LT now and the LT guys I know have light spring rates and barely any preload up front. All that weight and bombin whoops seems like it could end badly. I know you have LT for the travel reasons as well but fighting the urge to speed is hard when you have the abilty to.

I guess ill have to watch these LT expo builds more and see what is learned.

If I see that the truck is having issues as far as being able to handle the weight, I might upgrade spring rate. Glad my winch is actually pretty light too and has synthetic line. We'll see what happens haha.

Get a cross brace on now. @ckeene9 is selling a set of mounts i think. You add spring rate youre going to have a bad time. Those upper plates on the coil buckets are thin
