Far from stupid. I have 6-7 other cars too and 4 homes and a tree farm so the little Tacoma is a small part and I will get to
this soon to decide to lemon the thing or sell it or fix it myself. I have a Lawyer who wants the case.

I would like the truck if it were up to new truck standards for pick-ups
Which it clearly sucks hind tit for cab noise
Plus your the stupid one because your forgetting other factors like a lot of lost cash for selling off the new truck.
The worst part is Toyota themselves sticking their head in the sand and the lies.

    Fucking look it up
I think he has a great case for the lemon law considering nothing is wrong with the mechanical parts of the truck

113 decibels is quite loud, comparable to a power saw or power mower.

The title says 2016 and his stats call out a 4.0 engine. I'm so confused on what the OP has.

Unless op can post a sound clip with the meter showing I call bs as well. Anything above about 80 dbs causes earring loss, 113 dbs is louder than my motorcycle.

So op, you are saying inside the cab is louder than a motorcycle??

Also, if you have all this money and all these cars etc etc etc why the f&@k do you even care about this? Maybe somebody has asked this in another one of your threads, but if it's this loud why didn't you notice when you test drove it? Seems like something pretty easy to find immediately....

The noise level in my access cab is surprisingly loud. I didn't really notice it until I spent some time on the freeway during my commute. That being said, it's nowhere near 113db. It's nowhere near 80db. It's nowhere near 60db. I "took a risk" purchasing a new vehicle, knowing it's the first iteration of the new model generation and I'm not going to bitch about something that a truck is generally known for having poor performance in. That's like complaining about your truck not handling like a sportscar. It's a truck.

Try putting some dynamat back there. Or better yet, cover up the vents and enjoy the condensation build up inside of your cab

You have 7 other cars and 4 homes and a tree farm, $30k should not be a big deal to you then, park it out in the middle of your tree farm and tape targets all over it and use it to sharpen your shooting skills with.

If I did not live so far away I`d love to join in on the fun.

If you slow down go off road and put your windows down you'd enjoy your truck 113 times more
