Yeah even mine with the beefy post and a massive acme screw thread keeping the swing out attached to the other side of the bumper, I can still make mine wobble a bit too. It's a big amount of weight on a huge lever arm. I can post/ send you pics of my bumper and its supports if you'd like, it is a single swingout not a double though

Personally, I would over design the crap out of it and add as much support as possible. if it were to fail while offroading, probably not a big deal but if it failed at speed on a public road it could be devastating for a car behind you. Don't know if I would trust that threaded bolt for that reason and fatigue wear leading to microcracks in between the threads after repeated bending

It looks like you've done a great job, Im just very cautious and paranoid about things that could possibly cause harm to other people if worst case sceanrio were to happen

When I put those wheelers lines on my truck they leaked a little at that same spot, I had to remove them, sand the caliper surface really clean and tighten the crap out of them to fully seal up (unfinished napa tundra calipers had a pretty rough surface finish)

    Intake, exhaust, lift. Typical stuff.
Leaking brake hose. You're gonna have to bleed them when you fix the leak.

How do you like living in Vermont Rusty? I'm pretty sure that's the only northeastern state I could bear to live in.

I haven't followed your issue, but could it be the UCAS out the coilovers? The joints are metal to metal, which does produce a bit of a clunk. There was another member who deleted his account... who tore his from end apart searching for the clunk. Never did admit to finding it which I made me believe it was the after market parts.

Race car parts make race car sounds or something like that.

From what I remember the dynapros are the same width as 285s.

Yep. My 35s are just barely over 33 mounted with the trucks weight on them.

It isn't the most exciting place in the world that's for sure, you have to make your own fun. The taxes are high and roads are terrible. But to be dead honest there's nowhere else I could see myself living. I've only left New England once, and I went to TN. After 2 days I couldn't wait to go home.

Do the Catskills get up into Vermont or is it pretty flat?

It's very hilly here. More than enough mountains to go around. Although the skiing and snowboarding scene was dead this year because we didn't get crap for snow. It was an incredibly easy winter compared to last year.

Love them, except I'm pretty much just a mall crawler since I got them, not much around here other then mud. Same setup as Mr. Penguin, stock wheels and 1.25 spacers.

Thanks! A bit more work needs to be done but I haven't been motivated cause it's kinda pointless here.

I love the 295s. Not pizza cutters but not huge and beefy, perfect compromise IMHO.

I wouldn't. At some point the camper shell will be put back in or I'll take it some leaves. Id rather not have bro lean when I use it as a truck.
