    I'm back...! :D

This time, no BHLM. I see it as pointless from here on out. They fit right up perfectly to where they had to.

Next up on the mod list for this week.

    - Polyurethane carrier bearing replacement and housing reinforcement
    - Revalving of the rear shocks
    - Front end re-lift and re-alignment

    Been a little busy lately...

Feels awesome to drive and at take offs. All take off shuddering has disappeared.

Did this as well today. It's the little things that matter sometimes. I must say, it is VERY well made, and the tolerances inside to fit the guts of the remote are PERFECT. Very pleased with it.

And of course I revalved the rear shocks to 15c/8r and cranked up the front coilovers ride height 1/2" and realigned the truck.. rake seems to have been very negligible now.

Now just to install my Mobtown Offroad stainless hardware pack and tailgate lip, I should be done with that later tonight.

Overall, a very busy but successful day. Next up, polyurethane engine mounts and polyurethane steering rack bushings.

Details on the poly carrier? I've not seen that one before. Looks good! Thanks.

Hows the install on that? Is the poly piece halved so it fits right on, or do you have to break down the driveshaft to get it on?

You have to break down the DS regardless to pull out the old carrier bearing. Then you press on the new one and the poly surrounds it. It's all one piece except the metal housing which surrounds it. Then obviously you have to create the upper crossbar to keep the poly and CB from bouncing up and down as you drive around.

If you have the strength of a thousand men to loosen up your driveshaft bolts, nuts, and carrier bearing housing bolts. Sure. Lol.

Dude on the prerunner it took me like an entire day to get the rear returned to stock and then started on the front. Got most of the drivers side done and said F it and went and got an impact, got the rest done in about 2 hours lol. Impacts rock

Impacts are love. Inpacts are life man. I refuse to work on cars and trucks without them honestly. They are such a game changer when it comes to breaking bolts and nuts loose. Plus they save your strength. Lol.

It's been a busy month in restoring the truck to be high speed off road duty capable again. The final two pieces to the puzzle are here! At last. @Supermoto / @Bonzen polyurethane engine mounts and polyurethane power steering rack bushings.

    20160316_160315_zpspa1r42rj_fb89148b4df1689cf500c891d71eb13856f5850b.jpg

Install goes down this Saturday. I'm a bit doubtful I can get them both done in the same day, however.

After this, there are only really two things left I want to do to the truck fab wise speaking. One is to weld up my @jeffz0rz rear end boxing frame plates. The other is to get a new radiator support tube fabricated, or plate fabricated. My plan for that would be to somehow allow the support to tie not only into the bottom where the radiator support mounts tie into it, but also at the top using my upper shock tower crossover, and make that portion of it disconnectable as well so I can pull off the crossover whenever I need to.

Easy enough, just have some tabs welded to your crossbrace and tie in some bushing on the rad support to that. Then you jusy unbolt everything on the crossbrace and youre good! Or even do bushings on both sides, rad support tubing and engine crossbrace
