    That would be a great idea. You'd then be too damn buisy to get on here. What would we do? lol. I'd go for it if you have the abiltiy. Just look at the money you could bring in doing simple oil changes. Higher kids just out of school to do the simple maintnance, that you could teach them to do correctly. Then let them move up to doing actual mechanical work.

    I have actually been talking about this with a friend of mine. He and I want/ed to open a Performance off road shop. right now, its kinda hard out here, as people are not spending the money, even on vehicle maint, as they have in the past. There are quite a few shops out here kinda like what we have been considering, that are struggling, or going under. Perhaps one day though...:)

    Hell in your espresso shop you could have the internet and have the home page set to TW. As well as other 4x4 forums. To aid in your sales. We all know how addicting a good forum is. I mean look at our trucks.

    oh yeah and its so much fun
    you know when you have to work over time bc the kid thats works
    for you is a no show or its just so busy that you dont get a day off
    or its slow and no cars/trucks are coming in for work
    and you dont know how you going to pay the bills let alone yourself
    and then you have the customer that is telling you how to do the job
    oh yeah its great :D

    Wait till one of the others goes under and pick up their shop. It should be reasonably priced. Keep and old school work ethic. If the customer is an ass ask them to leave in a polite manner. I work offshore and represent a company. I see it as you hired me to do something you couldn't do yourself so step back and let me work.
    When I deal with a new place I am not familiar with I keep an eye on them to make sure they don't cause any serious damage or put my life in jeopardy. Once I make a decision about them I either continue giving them my business or they don't see me again. Keep the shop small and busy as far as the number of employees.
