The bud built traction bar?

I was trying to figure out why my truck shudders at 4-7mph and after looking at all the axle wrap questions and issues I was thinking traction bar to help reduce or eliminate this.

I'm going to the dealer tomorrow to see if I can get them to do the AAL TSB.

 

Mine does this. I think its something between the tranny and the tcase. Its hard to tell.

 

There are some pretty clear videos on here that show the rear axle shift up when taking off. One of the videos even shows the drive line shutter towards the rear of the vehicle.

 

Is this the same thing?

I think they are...they look completely flat to me and when I had 4 adults in my truck it would hit the bump stops when I went over a small bump at normal speed.

I'm just worried about axle wrap for future endeavors, saw a nasty video on Youtube when a guys drive shaft just snapped...I don't aggressively wheel my truck now, but I will at some point. That's when I was thinking about putting the budbuilt traction bar in.

 

Ya, that sounds like better money spent. I'm going into the dealer and all indications are that they will be able to get me the TSB with the Platinum warranty I have. I then plan on adding a single AAL after Christmas for extra lift and support.
