    Not wobbly. But the aluminum bars going across If I put pressure to it they bow. But like I said I think it will do well for stove, oven, washing dish with water and other things and will work better than my big clunky plastic one

    Its the combination of corned beef cooked in the guiness that sounds odd to me. The two flavor profiles I dont think naturally meld well together. Now cooked in a harp or bass, something with a cleaner crisper finish I think would be very good. And Jamesons, DUH
