haunted tacoma

in the middle of the nite < neighbors or passerby will knock on my door to tell me i have left my truck lights on, not the headlights, just the park lights. the truck is locked> after a while the lights go out on their own. no modification done to truck, and this event is sporatic. maybe once a week. this has been happening for two years. does anyone out their have any ideas as to how this is possible. thanks in advance.

 

I think one of the anytime fog light mods is linked to some emission component and causes lights to come on. See post 6

thanks for the info< will check it out. only thing is< its just the park lights and tail lights that come on. the fog lights stay off. the truck is an o8 model made in oregon and shipped to st johns Newfoundland@labrador,Canada. i don,t think this was a one of, someone else must have had the same thing happen.

 

Did you buy it new or used. If used follow link posted about foglight anytime mod.

 

Pull the negative battery cable before you turn in for the evening. If it happens still, well then I'd suggest inviting friends over for a show and burning the damn thing to the ground.
