Does anyone know if the 5vzfe power steering pulley Bearing is replaceable / rebuildable? Or does the entire pump need to be replaced? Pretty certain mine is pooched here's a video::

The bearing is not part of any rebuild kit, so my guess is it would be difficult to get. A pump is cheap.

Today I did the same thing I do every day: drove her to work and then stared at her all day.

Accidentally did some body work on the '01. Neighbors were joy riding their Paloris Razors and left an empty trailer next to my driveway. I didn't see it and you can see the result.

With the help of this forum I found out how to release the seat belt retractor on my brand new drivers side seat belt assembly. I never thought about the position of the retractor assy. would lock or release the retractor. Thank you Tacoma world. This is my first post. I am glad to have found this site, so many great and simple ideas.

Is that a bolt on hinge? That's pretty cool.

    For a set of 4 16x8 beadlocks
It would be 300 for the beadlock kit
    And 256 for wheels
    So like 550-560~
Not including welding them if you cant weld or dont have someone who can do it for you

So save $300 by doing it yourself, and likely maybe $100 vs having somebody weld them up. Not sure if it's worth the hassle of finding somebody to weld them up for you if you can't weld vs just getting ones already setup.

I bolted two 1" flange bearings on top and bottom of the bumper and ran a 1" steel rod through them. It is waaayyy better than my last two setups. They were each $17 and the steel rod was $7.

Posted it everywhere else. Whats one more thread? Plus this is the most important

Finally got the transfer case and crawl box in. Will install the shifters next week. Will also make a template to cut out some skid plates.

Can I ask why it's not easier to just go to a farm store, but a trailer spindle, hub and bearings, cut off the flange on the hub and weld your tire bracket to the hub?

Weld spindle to bumper and good to go. Lots of surface area to weld spindle. Flange on hub cut off real easy with portable bandsaw.

I'm on my phone, sorry about the terse response.

    Ha, ha.

Pulling steering wheel brings back memories. Didn't have a wheel puller. Used my dent puller with hook attachment. Worked too good. While sitting in driver seat and operating the slam hammer, the wheel came free after 4,5 slams. Slam hammer also smacked me in the forehead... Stoill, it worked real good.

Very nice work with the gussets, just don't post in the welding sites. Those guys are brutal. I'm a fab man, so I know what to look for with welds. Those are just fine, the elitist will come Unglued.

that's pretty cool and really serviceable if you wanted to repair or change something. I like how that's below the taillight for the most part. Mine covers a large portion of mine because the spindle sticks up so far.
