    It sounds like he didn't single them out for having a shiny* piece of metal on their uniform. Sounds like he does this no matter who you are.

    Last I checked, jumping wasn't a crime. From the video, it sounds like the officer was pissed because it was recorded. He didn't even stand up until he figured that out.

    EDIT: But he also has a history of aggravating....so...probably deserved it.
