No cooling off period in Cali unless the contract clearly states it. I know when I bought my Acura they gave me a 3 day cooling off period as an option but it was a $500 option.

First things first, you have a Marines badge on your profile so thank for your service. Second, please don't call me bro.

I'm a long time lurker first time poster. Based on the blue book value of your truck posted earlier and using tax and title calculator your final out the door price should have been around around $38,650 (at the high end). The amount you financed, roughly $35k plus your down payment of $1500 isn't far from that amount. It really comes down to are you happy with what you paid for. It looks like you got yourself a nice ride so go enjoy it.

Oh and before you decide to buy anything else, take a look at this educational video: Don't buy stuff you cannot afford.

28.5k out door, dropped 20k down.. So Im looking at 31k after loan.. How did you find that truck? I went on cargurus and found mine, mostly all tacomas offroad on there 1 month ago were at around 27-30k. I just got lucky and found one with the lowest mileage. :D

It does exist, but you have to pay for the option, as stated by others...

One can never have too many light bars.
Correct. But the option is offered at dealers discretion and they don't have any obligation to offer it. I don't believe I was ever offered (nor would I take it) any option to return the truck.

When I bought my used Tacoma from a Toyota dealer in San Diego earlier this month, the guy in the finance department told me that he was legally required to tell me about the (paid) option allowing me to return the vehicle within a certain time period if I changed my mind, I forget exactly what the official title of the law is or what it cost (something like a few hundred bucks), but he did say he had to tell me about it.

Bro how old are you? I just got to page 5 and this is painful to read. Paying off 3 practically new cars with a butt load of interest? I fear and hope you don't live in a box behind McDs.

1.99 offered by a local bank. Toyota beat it at 1.90% (then sold the loan to that same bank lol). Depends on your credit score, age, and plenty of other factors.

Toyota will be the only lender willing to offer 0 apr. as of right now they are only offering it for models like the Corolla, Camry, Avalon, and sienna. Vehicles that are sold fast like Tacomas they have no incentive to offer those rates. There's no reason to give away free money.

I know people who get salary increases relatively frequently. For many of them, instead of using the extra money for security (saving, investing, additional retirement contributions etc.) they raise their standard of living to use up the extra in each paycheck. This seems like a case like that. Three almost new vehicles all bought on credit? That's insanity.
