Took some advice on here and pulled 600 nice and clean yesterday. Next question is about sleep. I just can't sleep on days I do a hard workout. Don't matter the time of day i workout either. I minimize electronics last couple hours of the day too. So has anyone tried zma?

 

assholes...this chick at work was bragging about going to see Thomas Rhett in Atl tonight. I told he I was going to burn her a Sturgill Simpson CD

 

You get those, too? I thought he just sent them to me.

Wait, what year is it? 2002? Can people still burn CDs?

Basically. It's from a place here in Jackson called Cook's Lunchroom and it's been around since before baseball was invented (joke...but it is old). I've lived here all my life and I've never eaten it. Figured I'd splurge today.

My mom got a '15 expedition yesterday, she was complaining that she felt "gyped" because the CD changer only held 1 CD.
It has bluetoth for a reason.

 

lol, I'm old school. My Yota still has a cassette player. My '15 Grand Cherokee doesn't have either. It's just an SD card slot, USB plug, and XM.

Finally pulled the trigger on some Broscience merch.

They are doing a St. Paddy's special where you basically get half of what you spent back on a gift card. I got 4 shirts for $100 and get a $50 gift card. Can't beat that...

I got the PR2D2, Bar Bar Binks, Empire Lifts back (you see a theme here?), and then the Legatron shirt. It was a tossup between that one and Bulkahontas but my love of transformers won. Maybe I'll get Bulkahontas on the next sale with the gift card. I got all tees so I could decide if I leave the sleeves or make them a cut off. I never buy tanks just in the off chance I actually want the sleeves.

My 2001 had a tape deck and a cd player. My 03 has an aftermarket unit I purchased when I had my 01. I liked it so much I transferred it over. It has a cd player that I don't think I've used more than 10 times, but more importantly, a usb hookup for my iPhone, which I use all the time. Next one will definitely have Bluetooth

 

Damn, my 03 has aftermarket with CD (I burned a CD to keep in there for when I don't want to listen to FM and when my phone cable randomly doesn't work) line in, and USB.
Eventually gonna replace it with a double din Bluetooth unit with hands free and everything.
I really want steering wheel controls also.
