    i'm not sure why they did that with the rope, but the seat belt is just sitting there like that from when i climbed out the window i think?

    maybe to make sure it stays in place until the tow truck comes or something..wouldn't want the pressure from the truck leaning to turn the wheel and, crap there goes the truck down the hill..i dunno..anyways glad you're ok, could have turned out badly.
