It will click 2 times in the rear .. put some weight into it when you push down right above the latching mechanism on both sides.. I had this problem too. its annoying, but it does fully latch making for a dry seal..

    Nice!
My u-bolts were loose, ujoints were dry and trans was 55 quarts low, rear differential was 1/2 quart low, transfer was over filled. I don't own a 10mm hex head so I couldn't check the front diff but I'll be doing that in the next couple days.

New model growing pains I guess.

OPT7 LED headlights. Tried taking pics, but cell phone sucks. Very pleased, they look awesome outside the truck as well as from behind the wheel. At first they didn't work, and I was scratching my head. I didn't even notice the small box in there with the adapters. Quickly found the right one and they worked. For those thinking of doing it, I highly recommend. Very easy to do. Now I have to have LED fog lights.

You all probably know this already but I thought I would mention it anyway. Make sure once you close the cover to push down on the top and it will make a click sound.
Judging by the pictures, it doesn't look like the cover is latched down.
There's five locations where the pins are attached to the side rails in the bed. At every one of those locations, push down on the cover and you'll hear a faint "click ".

....Try NOT to shoot toward the sun....or if ya do...use ur free hand to shield the camera-lens from direct sunlight....that will keep ur pics from looking washed out or dull....like the lens is dirty....

...Like anything else...the more you practice and experiment...the better your results will get!

...But I also agree with MGCPNGN7 about editing in post to bump up the overall 'look' to ur pics!.....Keep snapping away!.........;).....

I guess. But, how hard is it for the engineer to tell the production guys how much fluid each system takes, and then punch that number into the robot that injects the fluid. Every truck should take exactly the same amount of fluids to fill to the proper level. Should be a no-brainer. Unless, like some people have said, it is a conspiracy to save a few dollars with each truck.

Are you serious man? Wow thanks. I will probably take you up on that if they won't do it. I work with my truck a lot and sometimes I'm in and out so much for tiny moves that the thing will drive me nuts. Thanks again bro!

Is there a way to make it so when you turn on the headlights, that the nav screen doesn't dim? I'd like to have that be what I've done to my Tacoma today. lol

I figured out how to only keep it in day mode but I'm not sure about that. I don't like the dimming as well.

There are brightness settings. Not sure if the brightness sets are the same for day and night mode.

Mine doesn't still when the headlights go on. Only when it gets dark enough. Not sure what I did to make it that way.
