    Falken Wildpeak A/T3W
    UTQG: 660 A, B (P-Metric Only)
    Mileage Warranty: 55,000 Miles

The WILDPEAK A/T3W is engineered for adventure, any time and in any weather. The A/T3W combines aggressive off-road ability and rugged terrain driving without compromise on the pavement. An optimized tread design combined with a silica tread compound enable the A/T3W to excel in three areas: wear, winter, and wet performance. Designed for severe snow conditions, every A/T3W tire is qualified by the Rubber Manufacturers Association for the Three Peak Mountain Snow Flake (3PMSF) symbol. The A/T3W is packed with technology, from Falken’s patented 3D Canyon Sipes to an all-new proprietary lower sidewall. Full-depth sipes and grooves maintain consistent performance and appearance throughout the life of the tire.

    -KEY FEATURES-

OUTER APEX SIDEWALL features a secondary bead apex that acts as a heat shield to protect the internal casing of the tire, resulting in confident handling and durability with the added benefit of sidewall protection on rough roads and trails.

3D CANYON SIPE TECHNOLOGY interlocks the shoulders to resist wear from high torque as well as providing additional handling stability.

AGGRESSIVE UPPER SIDEWALL along with offset shoulder blocks protect the tire from sharp rocks and provide additional off‐road traction at low tire pressures or in off‐camber situations.

SILICA TREAD COMPOUND delivers superior wear life and wet performance (non‐LT sizes).

HEAT DIFFUSER TECHNOLOGY in the lower sidewall dissipates heat to protect the internal tire components. Keeping this critical area of the tire cool ensures vehicle stability even when towing or carrying heavy loads.

RUGGED AND RIGID TREAD BLOCKS feature support ramps and step‐down features that provide tread-pattern rigidity in the contact patch, enhancing vehicle stability and handling while also preventing stones from becoming trapped in the grooves.

DEEPEST TREAD IN THE CATEGORY* provides long lasting wear as well as consistent snow and hydroplane resistance throughout the life of the tire (*LT Sizes, 20/32nds inches).

Sub'd - I'm loving these tires. If I don't go Cooper I'm going with these. Wish they came in a 255/85r16 or 255/80r17.

Do you have weights on the 285/75/17s?

Will do, should have them by Wednesday. I can't wait!

They are 65lbs, which is a bit heavy, but the same weight as the other options in that size (except Cooper AT3's which are 55lbs).

Absolutely, now ship my tires already...haha

These look great, have all the features I'm looking for in a tire, and seem easy on the wallet.... :)

Do the Discount Tire stores deal with the replacement certificates bought from Discount Tire Direct? Or do I have to deal directly with DTD for the replacements?

I am really wanting to try these for my next set of tires. Do you know of any real world reviews of these in the snow? Also when will the non LT 265/70/17's be back in stock?

We show replacement P265/70R-17 A/T3W inventory arriving Tuesday or Wednesday of next week; give us a call at 1.888.459.4080 if you'd like to reserve a set.

As for winter performance reviews, I have not seen any yet. If we come across any, we'll certainly post up

Can you give a picture that compares the difference in tread/sidewall-lugs between the LT and non-LT versions. In particular I am looking at 265/75r16, but anything would be helpful. I've only seen pictures of the LT, and I've heard the non-LT has slightly different design. I don't really have a need to run heavy E load tires on my truck, so the only one I'd consider would be the non-LT (wish there was a load C option ...).

These are the P rated version. They are 265/70/17's and to me they seem to have plenty of tread depth. With free shipping and rebates nothing in this category can beat the price. I actually have one brand new duratrac in a C rating and same size, the tread is deeper on the duratrac but not that noticeable. I have a feeling these tires will be quiet, be good in snow and last a while. Can't wait to get them put on when my wheels get here, then I'll have an actual review.

Cool deal. The tread pattern looks a lot like the Wrangler Adventure that came on my truck from the factory, but with the A/T3W there is some lug stuff going on with the sidewall a bit. I've read a lot of good things about the A/T3W, and it seems like a good tire for my location (lots of snow) and for the ratio of on-road to off-road driving I do. The duratrac was the other tire I was considering, since it comes in C-load, but I've heard a lot of bad things about getting them to balance. The A/T3W is a more modern compound and design, so I'm sure overall it's a better tire.

Pretty much my exact situation, I live in buffalo so lake effect snow and lots of it. There's good siping too so it should help with snowy roads. I bought that one duratrac locally and was going to buy 3 more but it was about 200$ more than four of these falkens. I do very light off roading with a majority of time spent on pavement so I wanted a tire with good road manners. I heard about the duratrac being loud as it wears plus a lot of balance issues. I hate to be a Guinea pig for these tires and wish there were more reviews in winter, but time will tell how well they perform.

Those are the LT version correct? Mine are going on stealth 6's as well, it's a killer combo and looks real aggressive.
