If it's been that way for that long, you're probably ok. Just make sure you have the spare handy. Lol

My previous truck had some really banged up tires. Patches, plugs, all over them. Didn't have the money back then for new ones, so I just took my chances

Fill the hole with 2 part epoxy. Some of it will stick to rubber

You might consider rotating the spare on the next set.

Anybody know how many miles the PreRunner tires are rated for? I'm up to 22k and I'm thinking 50k?

Started putting fitted seat covers in my 12 Tacoma double cab. Like the look a lot. Got rained out so couldn't finish the back seat.

I am off to the kelowna meet. Had a little bit of cleaning to do last night just to clean up after the Sand pit in Alberta. Hope I get to meet some great members.

Location is knox mountain in kelowna bc. Second parking lot at 49.908421, -119.491178. https://goo.gl/maps/uHafWWNSPj22

I will be there from 10am to 2pm. I will be bringing Coffee and donuts from tim hortons. Hope to see people there as donuts are bad for my diet.

I will be in this truck.

In my youth I didn't always carry a spare. And because of that I've been forced to patch a sidewall in the past to get off of a trail, but I admit that it was very sketchy and I never drove it above 30mph, or at maximum recommended tire pressure. And I certainly did not drive it on a public road/highway.

People who ride 33's use the spray in foam for on road repairs/carry a patch kit as stated in your comment or .... you can limp home using a 32" unit that isn't on the drive tires... keep it in mind that you need to get to a spot where you can be helped. thats the intent of the spare.. otherwise you can run a bumper with the addon spare tire mount and make the jeeps look sad.

Full size spare on the truck at all times now, and I have a repair kit as well. Twenty five years ago I was dumb enough to not see the value of those expenses.
