I was right by Oakland last night! There's an AMAZING restaurant right across the street called 6 Feet Under. Having a few drinks and walking the cemetery is a lot of fun. I'm with you on the history thing...I love it.

 

I wish- I GET to go to a wedding in Alabama this weekend.

So does anyone else dig to the bottom of their tool boxes and find cool stuff you forgot was in there...... Quick connects, extra soldering iron, a random red accessory light, a single driving light, couple of driving light wiring kits, random connectors, relays, switches, and on and on......

 

I used to live across the street in the cotton mill lofts. I loved going over to Oakland...a lot of history in that place.

As far as ghost tours, you guys should check out the Roswell Ghost Tour. I went a few years back, and it was well worth it, even if you aren't a believer. Lots of cool history, etc. The guy that runs the tour was on Ghost Hunters as a guest investigator. It's not like some of the wonky tours where the guide dresses up and all that jazz.

Hi guys, I want to do some basic offroading, I know nothing about it at all. Any weekend trips coming up I can come on? I am not looking to put any real money into offroading but it would still be fun to at least give it a try. I live in the Decatur/Emory Univ area.
I have a 07 V6 2wd prerunner SR5. Next time I will be getting 4x4.
