    other than the rear locker? what are the differences between the suspensions on the offroad and the sport. i have a 12 sport dbl cab v6 auto, all stock

    But in all seriousness this has to simply do with the fact that the shift points and transmission shift logic are all incorrect in Tacoma's because the A750e's are carryovers from the V8 4runners and they never did a proper software recalibration to handle the 4.0. I would suggest (if you still own the Tacoma) to ground the TB to the engine block and then do a transmission relearn procedure on the truck. If you are still under warranty just take it in to the dealer and request that they do a trans relearn procedure because your truck is having weird shifting issues or something along those lines. It should clean up the shift points noticeably.

    It definitely did for me.

    If you have a quality scan tool, this an endeavor you can take on yourself.

    Throttle body. Add a dedicated and independent ground to it and attach the other end to the valve cover bolt that mounts up the stock air box.
